Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. VIP subscriptions
DitonaChat VIP subscriptions are recurring digital service subscriptions processed by our authorized payment processor. Available billing periods may include daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management option on the Plans page or through instructions provided by our authorized payment processor. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal and your VIP access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. Refunds
Because VIP access is delivered digitally and begins immediately after successful payment, we generally do not refund partially used billing periods.
We may provide a refund where required by law, where there was a confirmed duplicate charge, or where we confirm that a technical billing error prevented access to the paid service.
4. Renewal reminders and failed payments
Our authorized payment processor may send invoices, receipts, failed-payment notices, or subscription-management messages depending on processor settings.
5. How to contact us
For future billing or refund questions, contact billing@ditonachat.com and include the email address used for your subscription and the approximate payment date. Payments are currently pending processor approval. Do not send full card numbers.
