Terms of Use Effective Date: May 27, 2026 Version: 2.0 Key Points Eligibility: DitonaChat is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Service Use: DitonaChat is an 18+ random video chat and social matching platform for real-time communication between adult users. No Adult Content Sales: DitonaChat does not sell pornography, adult content, sexual services, escort services, paid adult live-chat, fetish services, or user-generated paid content. Payments: VIP subscriptions are processed by Stripe and auto-renew unless canceled. Safety: Nudity, sexual acts, sexual solicitation, exploitation, minors, harassment, illegal content, and recording without consent are prohibited. 1. Introduction These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DitonaChat, available at https://www.ditonachat.com and related pages and services (collectively, the "Service"). DitonaChat is operated by Ahmed Alshughri, Immanuel-Hartmann-Staffel 1, 75378 Bad Liebenzell, Germany ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to use DitonaChat. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally allowed to use an adult-only social communication service in your location. We do not allow minors. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we discover that a minor has used the Service, we may terminate access and delete related account data. 3. Description of the Service DitonaChat is an 18+ random video chat and social matching platform. Users can meet and talk by live video. The Service provides communication, matching, filtering, chat, reporting, and optional VIP features. DitonaChat is not a marketplace for adult content or services. DitonaChat does not produce, sell, host, broker, promote, or distribute pornography, nude content, sexual performances, escort services, prostitution, fetish services, or paid adult live-chat services. 4. Accounts You may use some features as a guest. Account features may require Google sign-in through NextAuth. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activity connected to your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. 5. Camera, Microphone, and Live Communication Camera and microphone access requires your explicit browser permission. Live video connections are intended for real-time communication. We do not intentionally record or store live video or audio streams. You are responsible for your conduct during live communication. Do not share personal information unless you choose to do so and understand the risks. 6. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use DitonaChat to: - Use or access the Service if you are under 18. - Allow minors to access or appear in the Service. - Display, request, promote, or transmit nudity, sexual acts, sexually explicit content, sexual solicitation, paid adult content, adult pay-per-view content, escort services, prostitution, fetish services, or sexual services. - Engage in grooming, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, blackmail, sextortion, or any form of abuse. - Harass, threaten, bully, dox, discriminate, or promote hate or violence. - Record, screenshot, stream, publish, or redistribute another user’s image, video, audio, messages, or personal data without explicit permission and a lawful basis. - Sell or buy user-generated content, adult content, sexual services, or private paid interactions. - Impersonate others, scam users, spam, scrape, hack, disrupt, or overload the Service. - Violate privacy, intellectual property, obscenity, consumer protection, or other applicable laws. Consent between users does not override these platform rules. Content or conduct that is prohibited above is not allowed on DitonaChat. 7. Reporting and Enforcement Users can report violations using in-product reporting tools or by contacting us through /abuse or info@ditonachat.com. We may investigate reports and take action including warnings, feature limits, suspension, permanent bans, payment access restrictions, or cooperation with law enforcement where required. We may remove access immediately for serious safety issues, including suspected minors, exploitation, illegal content, sexual solicitation, threats, or non-consensual recording. 8. VIP Subscriptions and Billing VIP features may include matching filters, previous match, unlimited messages, priority matching, and other premium platform features. VIP subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal from the Plans page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains active until that period ends unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added or handled by Stripe depending on the transaction. 9. Refund and Cancellation Policy Refund and cancellation details are available at /refund. In general, recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time for future billing. We normally do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by law or where we confirm a technical billing error. 10. Consumer Withdrawal Rights If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory withdrawal right for certain online purchases. However, by purchasing immediate access to digital VIP features and using them right away, you acknowledge that immediate digital service delivery may affect withdrawal rights under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. 11. Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. It is available at /privacy. 12. Intellectual Property DitonaChat, its interface, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as allowed by law. 13. Availability and Disclaimer The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful matching, specific users, or availability of any feature. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability for paid users is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence. 16. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms. 17.
